Hello Swim Team Families – 

There are a number of photography-related items that need your attention this week:

Team Photos 

June 27 – 4:30 p.m.
Every year we engage a professional photographer to take a group team photo, and individual or family portraits. Our photo date for this season is Monday, June 27 before our home meet vs Columbia and Woodmont. If you would like to have individual or family portraits taken, you must reserve a slot by RSVPing on Swimtopia so our photographer knows how many appointments to expect. All photos will be available for purchase and usually come in at the end of the season. 

Important: 

 - Please arrive no later than 4:30 if you are having individual or family photos taken.
 - The team photo will take place at 5:00 sharp.
 - All team members should wear their team t-shirts for the group photo. If you haven’t yet picked yours up, they are available in the pool office and a lifeguard or coach can help.
 - Our photo rain date is Tuesday the 28th. 

Meet/Practice/Activity Photos 

We encourage everyone to upload any photos you take during a swim meet or event to our Bublup account.  We will need lots of photos to capture the fun memories for our: 

Banquet Slideshow! 

Jack Daggitt has kindly volunteered to create the slideshow to honor our seniors, but we are still looking for a volunteer to create the general banquet slideshow. Please let us know if you are interested. We can share some tips and tricks from prior years if you’ve never done it before! 

Social Media 

For the first time, we will be creating a private Instagram account for the team and will use it for community building and swimmer engagement. Access to the account will be limited to team members and families. Please review and sign the attached social media and communication policy. If you have any questions regarding the Instagram account, please reach out to Coach Stephen.
